I've just been watching an episode of American Pickers (probably a few years old) and they were at a place which had what looked to me to be a Pullman sitter of 1890s vintage (although the owners claimed it was 1860 vintage).
They had done quite a bit of restoration on it judging by the shots of it when they got it and said it had been owned by the Seaboard Line. I've spent quite some time looking this line up, but haven't been able to find anything about early wooden rolling stock.
Can anyone readily share a bit of light on this car? Number on some old siding looks something like 70722.

I'd seen that episode as well from back in 2010-2011. I can assure you that coach was definitely not 1860's vintage. Do you know what episode it was, if you do I can re-watch it at least for the purpose general location.

That's the place. Don't know what they farm, but they seem to have a good crop of gorgeous young blondes!
