| Post subject: | Upper Hudson River Railroad caboose lineage? |
I was watching "Great Scenic Railway Journeys: 175 Years of the American Railroad" and during the section on the Upper Hudson River Railroad (Defunct) therewas a view of a caboose either Reading or some other road's variation of the "Northeastern" design. Just wondering if it was a Reading or built under contract by them, or what road and class and where it went post 2010. |

They had at least two cabooses - UHRR #100 (cupola) and #101 (bay window). Somewhere I have the details on each but it might take some time to dig it up. |

The caboose in question was originally Lehigh Valley, not sure of the number. After that it belonged to General Electric. |
