The top single element housing:
Filter can be found at Napa. It is generic and off-the-shelf.
Gasket: DUROX (part of Wabtec) Talk to Sales, ask for Henry or Jim. Have dimensional information ready. If my memory is correct, its a paper ring gasket, be sure to grease each side so you don't destroy next time the filter needs changed.

Lube Oil Housing:
I cannot remember if they are C24 or C42D. Either way, contact Clark Filter or PowerRail to verify.

O ring: Durox, verify PN or Diameter to match. Always go with DUROX HI-TEMP, highly recommended. It will be reusable for a fair amount of time and will not deform with the heat nearly as fast as "standard temp".

When I bought new filters for the Alco S2 I measured them and tried to find something the same size on the Clark Filters website. http://www.clarkfilter.com/_upPdfs/RR-Applications.pdf I then took the Clark number that I found and cross referenced it http://www.clarkfilter.com/_upPdfs/ClarkFilterRRCrossRef.pdf and took the Wix/Napa part number to my locally owned auto parts store and ordered new filters.

BTW, when you do buy the new filters, write the filter part number somewhere near the filter unit so that at some time in the future when filters are changed out there is no question as to what needs to be ordered.

The fuel filter with the spring on it is;

The MRS originally had a sock type oil filter.
These are still listed as;

Clark S-2
Napa 1276

For a replacement filter ( Not the old sock type ) use a Clark C-12 or Napa 1265.
These do not have a spring on the bottom and are the same length as the sock type filter. A good Napa dealer should be able to tell you if the sock number will cross over to this or something else.

You can also use a Clark C-24. It is the same size as the C-12, but is listed as a long life filter.

I have two numbers of Clark filters in my Alco stock.
C-18 which have the spring on them and go in my C420.
C-24 which do not have a spring on were for an RS11 I had.

The RS3 used a filter tank like the RS11.
