"The Press Enterprise" Business section dated 8/29/02 [Riverside Calif.]
Alan Mruvka is buying the 75 year old Santa Fe
depot located on Vine St. in downtown Riverside.
Renovations are to begin in a month or two and should wrap up in early 2003 with the opening of one or two restaurants.
Mruvka expects to spend $750,000 on the renovations. The day before the buildings sale closed, four chandeliers were stolen from inside.
Mruvka said he will try to recreate the lost chandeliers.
As rail preservationists we need to help him find these missing items. If found write Devona Wells at ppitchford@pe.com

If there is a photo of the missing chandelier(s) available that you could post to this forum, it would certainly inrease the chances of getting them returned to their rightful owner.

Post subject:  Circulate the photos

When the photos are available, circulate them widely, not only in rail circles, but in antique, architectural salvage and other related venues also. Post notice of the theft, with photos, on every discussion board that might possibly have any relevance. Keep an eye on e-Bay sales also.
