Just wondering for some background on it, I saw it coming home from Jersey in the CSX yard in the shadows of the Ben Franklin Bridge. From a distance it reminds me of perhaps a PRR design of some sort and it seems to be in pretty good shape (primed, on trucks/rails, ect.)

Hi,

There's been a rather intact PRR baggage car in gray paint down near Delaware Ave for decades. Sounds like the one you saw, though as with eagle eyes if from the Ben Franklin as it is closer to the Whitman... unless it moved and/or there's another.

If it is the car I am thinking of, you could drive right up to it. If my recollection is correct is a B60 of some sort.

Rob
