I take it this is a request for information? (Presumably for modeling purposes, since no E&B cars survived, alas....)

If so, a good description of the various Baldwin electric trucks is in an appendix to Middleton's interurban series, vol. 3 (Interurban Freight). Baldwin trucks were characterized by a number such as 7830A, where the first two digits are the wheelbase in inches, the second two digits are the bolster loading in thousands of pounds, and the letter represents the style or configuration. I can't remember all the various style letters, of course; A was the most common, I think. Hope this helps.
