Does anyone know where I can find a listing or a source for all existing heritage passenger cars in the United States. What I am looking for is a guestimate on how many are left. Current Amtrak equipment does not count.

Jerry's site, while useful, is simply links to photos of passenger car images on the web, with no guarantee that the cars are still in existence. Sometimes that information is in the captions, but it will take a lot of searching.
