Need help locating infomation on the EP&SW. Have purchased a home adjoining the RR outside of Tucson, AZ Love RR - have over 500 date nails from SP and SF for sale.

Try David Myrick's RAILROADS OF ARIZONA (Vol. 1) and his paperback work NEW MEXICOÂ’S RAILROADS. These are probably your best sources.

For the Railroads of Arizona volumn you will have to use a library copy or get one through abebooks.com, etc. as it has been out of print for several years. New Mexico's Railroads is currently available from Colorado RR Museum among other places.

Try the Web site below.
Not much written on this fascinating line except Myrick's "Railroads of Arizona--Vol. 1" and his "Railroads of New Mexico." There is a Trains magazine article on it from the 1960s, but it's an abridged version of the Arizona book.
