Does anyone have a template for a FRA Bridge Management Plan? I have their publication, 240 CFR, parts 213 & 237. I think I understand the basics, but a template or example of a plan would be a wonderful thing... I suspect I don't need to re-invent the wheel.

If you don't mind that I ask, what horse drawn railroad are you working for?

The sadly no longer horse drawn railroad was the Society for the Preservation of Carter Railroad Resources (SPCRR, http://www.spcrr.org ) organization's railroad at Ardenwood Farm ( http://www.ebparks.org/parks/ardenwood ).

We operated a horse drawn 3' narrow gauge railroad within the historic park. Due to cost and operational issues the railroad is now normally operated with a gas/mechanical locomotive, with visiting steam, normally on Labor Day weekend. I was the curator of the railroad museum, but also was City staff managing the Patterson House museum ( https://www.fremont.gov/293/The-Patters ... Historic-F ).

I am now the director of the Nevada State Museum at Boulder City ( http://www.nevadasouthern.com/ )

When we were kids on the south side of Chicago, the street was our baseball field, our football field, where we played kick the can and other games. When a car had the nerve to slowly make its way across our field/playground and we had to get out of the way, it was sure that someone would yell....GET A HORSE!
