What is the current condition of the old PRR concrete coal dock in Youngstown, Ohio ? Is there anything of use worth saving ?

The elevator has collapsed and is being held up by the top structure. I can't think of anything worth saving from the place. Its too bad that Conrail wouldn't allow us to preserve it when we asked back in the early 1990s.
