Nice to have that problem to solve. I'm looking forward to a long, leisurely look through the whole document, but I'm very hopeful based on the fast skim of the start - they "get" branding, context and management for the benefit of visitors rather than themselves. Maybe that's why they have achieved the kind of success that requires this kind of planning?
