Does anyone know what the intended use of the funds generated from this sale would be? Restoration of existing stock? General expenses? Capital improvements? wyld@sbcglobal.net |

From what I understand the BGRM is selling equipment that they feel that they can no longer take care of. They had an N.C.&St.L wooden caboose that they sold to a preservation group in Western Kentucky. david.wilkins@bardstown.com |

This, I can verify, is correct. Our group, The Mid_South Rail Heritage Foundation, purchased ex-N.C.&St.L. # 87 for restoration and operation. If you would like more information on the # 87 or our other efforts, please visit our website at: http://www.trainweb.org/msrhf .
