Post subject:  Coaling tower and interlocking tower lost in Toledo

Adding to the apparent loss of the W&LE turntable in Toledo...

It appears the B&O coaling tower is now gone (in Rossford across the river from Toledo). It still appears in this link, but is now gone in other versions of the same areal view.

Also this interlocking tower at the PRR/Toledo Terminal/C&P interchange appears to be gone now. Again, it still appears in this link, but is now gone in other versions of the same areal view.

As noted in the turntable thread, you can make them disappear by toggling 3d from the drop down menu in the upper left of the page.

That would be Walbridge Tower. The interlocking machine is stored in the basement of the Marion Union Station Museum awaiting restoration and display.
