Does anybody know when the Horn and Whistle Festival will be held in Altoona this year? Thanks.

About 4 months ago. Held up at the Horseshoe Curve. And it may have been the last, as the organizer, Rodger Granlund, was "retiring", and I don't know if anyone else is taking the baton.
