Post subject: | Looking for Frank Menair |
Does anyone know the whereabouts of Frank Menair? He was the general superintendent of the New Hope & Ivyland RR in the 1960s, and later was manager of a boiler repair company called Menair & Fetzer, who worked on DL&W 565 and FEC 148. Later he was involved with the ill-faded Adirondack RR. In recent years he was reportedly affiliated with the Maine Narrow Gauge RR Museum in Portland, ME. I'm working on a book-length history of the NH&I and was hoping to track him down to do oral history. Feel free to contact me off-line. Thanks! K.R. Bell http://rrmuseumpa.org Kurtrbell@hotmail.com |
