A couple of months ago, someone (Jim Wrinn, I think) posted a link to a site that had the IRS form 941 for all 501c3 orgs in the U.S. I've had a request by someone to get that URL. Does anybody have it? david.wilkins@bardstown.com |

Form 990 is the report form that many non-profits have to file and it is public record. It lists income, expenses, compensation, etc. If an organization has an income of less than $25,000 it may not have to file the report. Check out these websites for more information: GuideStar http://www.guidestar.org/index.jsp National Center for Charitable Statistics http://nccs.urban.org/ You can find pdf files of the recent 990 forms at the National Center for Charitable Statistics. Form 941 is the payroll quarterly return that almost all employers have to file. There are few exceptions. |

We file both 941 and 990 forms. As indicated, we get ours from the IRS website "Forms" pages. wyld@sbcglobal.net |
