Tee Bolts For Barco Steam Heat Line

CNR 6167 in Guelph, Ontario requires a few Tee Bolts for the Barco Steam Heat Line on the back of the tender, 2 1/2" x 5/8 NC Thread. Does anyone know of a supplier that carries these?
