Wow, didn't know about Fred Harvey supply cars but it makes sense.

Has anything ever been published about the Fred Harvey organization?

They might have it at the Orange Empire Railway Museum.

The Santa Fe had eight express refrigerator cars (#2292-2299) that were rebuilt in 1913 from older baggage cars (most dating from 1887) and assigned these these to supply the Harvey House restaurants. The cars had typical passenger car clerestory roofs. They saw service until the late 1920s hauling supplies and foodstuffs to the Harvey Houses and returning with soiled linens to central laundries. A number of these cars then were assigned to the MW fleet as tool cars. A photo of one of these reassigned cars dates from 1940.

Information from Head End Cars by Ellington and Shine in the Santa Fe Railway Historical and Modeling Society's passenger car reference series. This was a reprint of an earlier large format publication that the authors had self-published.

Head End Cars has more information and reproduces a side elevation lettering diagram along with a couple of photographs.

No, none of these at OERM or know to be elsewhere.
