This weekend, Canadian steam is having a fine get together on the Alberta Prairie Railway - as earlier announced on the Heritage Rail Alliance e-magazine:

How stunning and appropriate. What a shame, Canada's two largest railroads couldn't see fit to run heritage steam in celebration.
These two locomotives are reminiscent of the "end of steam" trips which were popular in the early 60's.
