This locomotive was moved on the Ontario Northland acouple years ago. The museum started a fund raiser and I was wondering did they ever get off the ground with this engine or did the restoration simply stop? Andrew Treece. |

Helps in this venue to be specific. In this case "T&NO" is not the SP subsidiary, but the predecessor of the Ontario Northland....... |

The Northern Ontario Railway Museum & Heritage Centre has been slowly progressing with the restoration. They do have a Facebook page specifically for the 219. https://www.facebook.com/SteamLocomotive219/ I think the cab is being rebuilt at the moment. Ken |
