This locomotive was moved on the Ontario Northland acouple years ago. The museum started a fund raiser and I was wondering did they ever get off the ground with this engine or did the restoration simply stop?

Helps in this venue to be specific. In this case "T&NO" is not the SP subsidiary, but the predecessor of the Ontario Northland.......

People seem to forget that the Temiskaming & Northern Ontario reporting marks were TEM, not T&NO. If you ever want to see how rude a Canadian can be, get in an argument about it!

The Northern Ontario Railway Museum & Heritage Centre has been slowly progressing with the restoration. They do have a Facebook page specifically for the 219.
