I am restoring a GE 23 ton switcher that has been totally bastardizes. I have some pictures of what the original panel looked like. The panel we have replaced the original and is a piece of junk.Does anyone have aspare panel or a drawing of the original so we can fabricate a new panel. Thank You

My suggestion be would be to contact the Lake Shore Railway Historical Society as they have what looks to be an intact, well cared for GE 23 Tonner in serviceable condition. It may have what your looking to copy for your unit.
