Over the past few years I have heard rumors of "lost locomotives" in New Hampshire. One rumor claims that a locomotive is laying (possibly) in the Rocky Branch of the Saco River near Glen, NH. While another states the same only in the Wild River near Gilead, ME. this one reports to be a Shay.<p>Any truth to these rumors?<br>

Although I have received several reports of sunk steam locomotives over the years, I have not heard of these. That doesn't mean, however, that they don't exist. :)
