With all the talk about SOO 2719 lately, has there been any word about the 28 returning to operation after its running gear work? They've been annulling their steam weekends one by one as I'm assuming repairs are taking longer than expected.. Hate to see that happen with all the positive press they've gotten and the Narrow Gauge Modelers charter trip they have scheduled next week. I know there's a couple guys from Duluth that post here, any news? Was hoping to see her myself. the weekend after labor day. Dave |
