Can anyone identify this locomotive?
It was sitting outside the Tillamook Blimp Hangar early this month.
I feel like I have seen this one somewhere else before.

Can anyone identify this locomotive? It was sitting outside the Tillamook Blimp Hangar early this month. I feel like I have seen this one somewhere else before.
