Whitcomb 45 DE manual

Check with the California RR Museum. They have a huge amount of Whitcomb material.

Which one, Rio Vista or Sacramento? Both have used that name and both have good libraries.

California State Railroad Museum (CSRM) has builder's records from Whitcomb.

Bay Area Electric Railroad Association's museum at Rio Vista Jct. (between Suisun City and Rio Vista) once traded under the name of "California Railway Museum" but changed it to "Western Railway Museum" back in 1985.

WRM actually did have a Whitcomb locomotive - Spanish Peak Lumber Co. #2.

It was given to a group in Quincy, CA. They restored the locomotive and plan to install track at the Plumas Couunty Fairgrounds to haul visitors.
