Does anyone know what Ross Rowland is up to these days? Does he have any plans to run 614? Is steam in his future? Sam |

Can't speak for Mr. Rowland's plans, but it seems safe to say that 614 won't be running until someone performs an FRA Part 230 survey on her. Correct me if I am wrong Steve Gilbert or anyone else, but I don't beleive the work has been done, and that would be a prerequisite to future operation. She is presently stored at Reading Blue Mountain & Northern's shops. eledbetter@rypn.org |

Above is correct, as far as RBM&NRR is concerned, except that 614 is stored outside, near the shop. It has not been touched since being split (engine and tender) to be placed on the storage track. |
