This used to be a link to an online solari board simulator

http://flipper.pageforest.com/#

It is now a dead link. Does anyone know of a replacement?

What this did was, you could past some lines of text, and it would generate a solari display including sound effects. I used it for some video effects.

There's also this site, which creates a live updating Solari for any Amtrak station.

Thank you! I love it! I did show it to my wife who was less than impressed, however.

Here is a recent blog post showing the retirement of the Solari boards at 30th Street Station in Philly.

A TRAINS newswire article mentioned that the Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum is fundraising to restore the Boston Route 128 Solari board in their possession. I'm a TRAINS subscriber and could read the article with no problem, but don't know if non-subscribers will be able to read the entire article.
