This used to be a link to an online solari board simulator http://flipper.pageforest.com/# It is now a dead link. Does anyone know of a replacement? What this did was, you could past some lines of text, and it would generate a solari display including sound effects. I used it for some video effects. |

There's also this site, which creates a live updating Solari for any Amtrak station. |

Here is a recent blog post showing the retirement of the Solari boards at 30th Street Station in Philly. http://www.iridetheharlemline.com/2019/01/27/so-long-solari/ |

A TRAINS newswire article mentioned that the Berkshire Scenic Railway Museum is fundraising to restore the Boston Route 128 Solari board in their possession. I'm a TRAINS subscriber and could read the article with no problem, but don't know if non-subscribers will be able to read the entire article. http://trn.trains.com/news/news-wire/20 ... e-restored |
