I was watching this movie on Amazon Prime last night. About halfway through it, a young woman escapes from her captors and is running between RR tracks with old train equipment on them. A passenger coach and bay window caboose stood out. According to the Internet Movie Data Base, the movie was filmed in its entirety in Cleveland OH.
