I am just curious, but did the pennsy ever own a GP40 between 1965 and 1968? I could not find anything about them owning one, but did they just not use smaller 4 axle switchers at the end, and instead used just SD40/45s? And if so, do any survive?

The closest the PRR got where GP -35s Had there financial situation not been what it was its likely GP -40s would have been on their shopping list
