Does anyone know of a really top-notch, extensive, glossary of railroad slang?

Refer to The Language of the Railroader by Ramon F. Adams, published by the University of Oklahoma Press, 1977. Copies may be available through interlibrary loan from a public or university library. I'm sure there are online resources as well.

Simmons-Boardman (www.railwayage.com) has or will have a dictionary. I saw a draw some time ago.
