That's a really unique background that seems rather perfect for the Strasburg Railroad Company. Strasburg is such a special place that I was worried when they were searching for someone from the outside but this sounds like a pretty perfect fit that could lead to some really great things down the road.

He must be the first Strasburg official to have previously qualified on monorail.

I wonder how a Florida outsider will fair in the close-knit Dutch country culture in and around Strasburg? It’s an interesting environment to say the least, well wishes to him!

Strasburg already has one of, if not the best guest experiences in the tourist business, so this should be interesting.

I can't be the first one to have this thought about the Disney connection, though.

Lancaster seems about as touristy as Orlando to me! If he gets home sick he can ride the monorail at Dutch wonderland. Ha.
