The odd little Plymouth 60-ton four-wheel model CR-4 switcher that has migrated from the Mount Union Connecting RR to the Western Md. Scenic RR has moved again, this time joining the all-industrial-switcher fleet of the Walkersville Southern near Frederick, Md. as of yesterday.

This locomotive is owned by Jamie Haislip, the WS track foreman. Jamie also owns the three GE 44-ton locomotives at the WS, while the GE 45-ton with side rods is owned by Al Leyh.
