The Arizona Railway Museum in Chandler, Ariz. took delivery of two ex-Santa Fe Hi-Level coaches (predecessors/prototypes for Amtrak's Superliners) yesterday.

In the Santa Fe world these were Chair Cars.

On the Santa Fe coaches were cars with the old-style, straight-back seats. A number of western roads made the distinction between cars and trains that had the the old-style seats and the reclining seats.
