The theme for the Spring event is "Fund Raising at its Finest" and features visits to the new U.S. Marshal's Museum, the Crystal Bridges Art Museum, several venues in Fort Smith, and the A&M Railroad. Five Plenary Sessions are being offered including sessions on the new Recommended Practices and the popular Industry Issues and Challenges.
