Today while passing by I saw the B&O Museum's "Lafayette" under steam outside the Strasburg railroad shop. Does anyone know if they plan to her this week? |

Lafayette, along with the Tom Thumb, is just finishing her 1472 day inspection. You saw her out for her steam test. They both will be returning to the B&O museum shortly. kelly@strasburgrailroad.com |

Didn't you used to work on the Heber? I remember meeting you 20 years ago there. Wow how did you end up across the country at strasburg?? > Lafayette, along with the Tom Thumb, is just > finishing her 1472 day inspection. You saw > her out for her steam test. Here and I thought they were planning a lighter steam train for the offseason. ;-) Electric City Trolley Museum Association |

Yes that was me, but it would be 20 plus years ago, since I've been back here for over 20 years. > Wow how did you end up across the country at > strasburg?? You get on I-80 east and try not to fall asleep. kelly@strasburgrailroad.com |
