Today while passing by I saw the B&O Museum's "Lafayette" under steam outside the Strasburg railroad shop. Does anyone know if they plan to her this week?

Lafayette, along with the Tom Thumb, is just finishing her 1472 day inspection. You saw her out for her steam test. They both will be returning to the B&O museum shortly.

Didn't you used to work on the Heber? I remember meeting you 20 years ago there. Wow how did you end up across the country at strasburg??

Here and I thought they were planning a lighter steam train for the offseason. ;-)

Yes that was me, but it would be 20 plus years ago, since I've been back here for over 20 years.
