Interesting to see how much the styling of this unit is so similar to that of the CR4.

Actually, John T., "Braden" is the correct spelling, named for one of the founders, William Braden. Braden Copper Co. was U.S-owned until Chile partially nationalized it (51%) in 1967. It was fully nationalized in 1971.
