The new construction seen in the photo is an office building, and directly behind the camera position, a corrugated metal warehouse. Both buildings are within 50' of the pit.
Turntable looks to be 60-70' in length, and is at present easily accessable. Former M&B trackage is to the right.
Seems like a very strange place for an amphitheater.
