Has anybody renewed their liability or any rail related insurance lately? Did you find any carriers still offering liability insurance. If so did you find a big increase in premiums?

The group I am involved with was notified of a 25% increase in premium. The company claimed it was due to a re-evaluation of property value, and because of all the other insurance claims throughout the country (mainly wildfires).
