Lake Superior RR Museum Gets ex-NP GP9 245

The Lake Superior RR Museum has acquired ILSX (Independent Locomotive Service) GP9 1382, previously BN 1868, originally built as NP 245 in Feb. 1956. In its original life it was used in passenger service and often pulled trains in and out of the Duluth Depot.
