In going through my late father's effects, I came across a Baldwin front number plate. It is stamped on the boss 10-34 E 1994, so I know it is a 2-8-0 with 20" cylinders. The number on the plate is 12. Does anyone have a list of Baldwin order numbers who can tell me what railroad this is off of? The plate is 14" in diameter. Thanks for any help.
