The following video describes the process developed by Rail Mechanical Services (RMS), Inc. of Columbia, PA to repair the seat frames from former NJ Transit PCC Car #26. RMS is performing a complete carbody restoration of this vehicle for Baltimore Streetcar Museum. https://youtu.be/AwB4Ts9b9gc Another video recently released on a different Baltimore Streetcar Museum project provides a progress update on the volunteer-led restoration of former PRT snow sweeper C-145.
