My parents have a friend whose husband recently passed away. He was something of a railroadiana collector. In the collection is a train-order hoop from the Virginian Railway. It still has the storekeeper's tag from Princeton, West Virginia attached.

She wants to know what value it has, as she wishes to dispose of it. Thanks in advance for your help!
