Mid-Continent has a climax engine stored in a boxcar with a bunch of engines from other manufacturers that were obtained from Sperry Rail Services as spares for Mid-Continent's EMC Gas-Electric Car. Supposedly it's in good shape and came out of one of Sperry's gas-electric rail detector cars when it was re-engined by them.
