In your messages column, there should be a right-hand column full of check boxes labeled "Mark." (No not "Mark Smith". Just "Mark".) Put a check mark in the boxes beside the subject lines of messages you want to delete. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Below that column there is a menu box which should start by saying "Mark/unmark as important". click the little down button/arrow to the right of that, and "Delete marked" is one of the options. You need more help than that? |
