Any News On The Mount Union Connecting Railroad? Have They Got A Locomotive?

The have title to a Plymouth 60 ton two axle unit but is is not on site yet. They have a hi-railer and track car in operation, but for MOW only. They have been building a loading platform for several months now that will be used for transloading in Mount Union prior to opening the line to the south. Reportedly, NS will start switching to the platform once it is completed. Progress at the MTC is very slow but constant.
