Under the advice of the legal team of Wasatch Railroad Contractors and as Chief Operating Officer of the company, I have been encouraged to make this comment on behalf of the company: Wasatch Railroad Contractors, it's owners, and staff have no formal comment about the legal proceedings between the Wasatch and the McCreary County Heritage Foundation, or any other accusation related to the company or its staff as seen on RYPN at this time.
