Saw on the Ahead of the Torch (AOTT) website that the Restorations Shop of the Durbin & Greenbrier Valley has added a second Chesapeake & Ohio boxcar to their fleet. This former U.S. Navy car has been given the "C&O FOR PROGRESS" logo and road number 2990. The shop folks there at the D&GV continue their amazing work while also servicing their steam locomotive fleet and seeing to the restoration of their main line of railroad. Les |

D&GV recently painted a flatcar, a former US Coast Guard car, for the C&O, also. They use it for MOW service and will be adding it to photo freights.
