a friend told me the location of this passenger car and it is at the pacific lumber remodel delivery. and I really want to see the interior. does anyone know if entering is restricted?

Of course it is. If you park your automobile somewhere is it "restricted from being entered" by someone whom you haven't given your permission to just "see the interior"? If you want permission ask the owner if they will let you look around, otherwise you are just a criminal committing B&E.
