So the F40PH Preservation Society is finelly looking to file for it's 501c3 the problem is quite a few annual reports have not been submitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. While there is no late fee or anything like that my problem is that the former Clerk of the organization is not being responsive and I need his adress(es) for 2014-2020 otherwise I can't fill out the report accurately. Talking to the state of Massachusetts has been like talking to a brick wall and no one there can seem to comprehend my problem and just tell me where I can file my report instead of how to file my report without the information. I could go on and try to file for my 501 c 3 but I'm worried the IRS will not take kindly to the missing annual reports and there goes $300 down the drain. |

I think you're going to have a hard time if you don't appear to be a real organization (with multiple members, a board of directors, etc...). |
