RAn across this website via the White Pass & Yukon discussion list. It appears a new 30" gauge tourist train will begin operation on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts within a few days. The line is apparently a former plantation sugar hauling RR that circles the island. Passengers will ride in 10 newly-built double deck, air conditioned coaches. Several laid-off people from the WP&Y are assisting in getting the operation running.

I assume it is pulled by a diesel, and not by a steam locomotive. There is a Kerr Stuart-built St. Kitts Sugar Corp. 0-4-2T derelict on the island; I wonder if it is visible from the train.
